On 12th December 2018, Marturion Cinemas Limited held a private presentation for its N 2Billion Preferred Equity offer by Private Placement to its existing shareholders and select investors at the Sage Grey Office. Marturion Cinemas currently has its pilot cinema in Igando-Lagos and is seeking funding for an aggressive expansion based on the success of the pilot cinema. Sage Grey Limited is the transaction advisor for the offer.
