The entire investment can be made in part or in whole subject to a minimum of N100 Million per tranche. We are able to provide Early Liquidation Options.

Fund Utilisation and Investment Strategy

We invest in treasury and liquidity solutions with other regulated financial institutions. We also invest in regulated Non-Interest Financial Institutions and can offer tailored investment returns if required by our clients. In all instances, we do large-ticket and wholesale investments. Our wholesale approach assures that we are able to provide our clients with better investment rates, secured investments and early liquidation options.  We sometimes invest in Financial Instruments issued by the Federal Government of Nigeria or Reputable Blue-Chip Companies. Our investment strategy and fund utilisation assure we can offer unmatched early liquidation on any investment.

Risk

There are no liquidity or default risks as we invest only in financial products from regulated financial institutions in Nigeria and Financial Instruments from the Federal Government of Nigeria and Reputable Blue-Chip Companies. We maintain world class operational and governance standards which ensure we do not have any operational risks.  We are licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria as a Finance Company.

Early Liquidation of Investment

Our early liquidation options allow our clients liquidate their investment prior to the agreed liquidation date. It usually entails the reduction of returns, but it clearly assures capital preservation. We ensure that investments in Financial Instruments are always secured by a standby liquidity option which will be used in the event of Early Liquidation.

• Transfer Funds directly from your Sage Grey Investment Account to any Bank in Nigeria.

Clients will also be assigned a Relationship Managers who will serve as primary service contacts.

Our Onlending Services involves the lending of Client funds to (a) beneficiary(ies) as instructed by the Client.

Benefits of this service to our clients include:

• Provision of credit management and loan implementation services to our client during the tenure of the loan. This includes loan documentation, legal documentation, risk etc.
• Provision of Loan Due Diligence and Risk Assessment.
• Provision of Advisory Services to the transaction.
• Provision of loan workout services
• It allows the beneficiary build a credit history in the Nigerian Banking System as the loan will be listed on the Nigerian Credit Bureau as stipulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
• It allows the Client’s investment to have access to loan management & recovery resources and digital tools which are only available to financial institutions.
• The pricing of the loan will be dependent on the preferences of the Client and our service fees will be charged separately.

Our Secured lending Services involves the lending of funds to (a) beneficiary(ies) using the funds held with us by the Client as a security.

Benefits of this service to our clients include:

• Provision of credit management and loan implementation services to our client during the tenure of the loan as the Client is the Security Provider. This includes loan documentation, legal documentation, risk etc.
• Provision of Loan Due Diligence and Risk Assessment.
• Provision of Advisory Services to the transaction.
• Provision of loan workout services
• It allows the beneficiary build a credit history in the Nigerian Banking System as the loan will be listed on the Nigerian Credit Bureau as stipulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
• The pricing of the loan will be based on our credit and risk internal approvals as Sage Grey will be providing the liquidity. The pledged amount securing the facility will still generate returns to the client and the pledged amount will still be recorded as an asset of the Client.
